  2. Select “English” at the top left corner to translate the page
  3. Click individuals tab and then select resident
  4. This opens 4 options and you have to click on “Family visit visa”

  5. Immediately it leads you to the application page which is in Arabic and you don’t have to worry since you can translate the page into English if you are using Google chrome
  6. Select the Agree button
  7. The next page requires you to entire your details correctly i.e. Iqama number, your visa number as well as the expiry dates(see below)
  8. Click next and this page will give you some few details about yourself I.e. Nationality, professional, date of birth, your company name and number. You will have to enter your email address and mobile number since your application process will be sent through the numbers you use.
  9. Next is the visit visa application form and here you will have to enter the duration of stay of the person you are inviting eg 30,60 or 90 days as well as your relation, their correct birth date as well as city of residence and in this case you will have to choose Nairobi

  11. Sign the printout and get it stamped by your company and submit it along with your documents to the ministry of foreign affairs offices near you
  12. The process takes less than a week and you will have to visit the website https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/ again to check the status of your application using your Iqama number and reference number you had printed.
  13. If your application is complete you will get a “Yellow receipt” once in the website and you will have to take a colored printout and send it to Kenya alongside a copy of your iqama, passport, bank statements and a letter stating that you will host the person.
  14. The person you are inviting will have to take the documents to the Saudi embassy in Nairobi with their original passports

Now you will have to wait and book their tickets once the visa is issued at the Saudi embassy.
